  • •Set the overarching strategic vision for enterprise payment products and services, including Treasury, Card, Merchant, Fraud, and Advanced Data Analytics.
  • •Lead, mentor, and inspire product management leaders, product managers, and analysts, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct market research and establish product performance metrics and KPIs to guide strategy and improvements.
  • •Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and manage associated risks effectively in partnership with technology, operations, and risk teams.
  • •Own vendor relationships, develop pricing and marketing plans, and represent the product organization internally and externally with executives, industry leaders, and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •15+ years of product management, P&L management, and product/service strategy to commercialize offerings in a large bank or similar technology-driven organization.
  • •7+ years of supervisory or managerial experience leading teams, with proven ability to attract, develop, retain, and recruit talent.
  • •Deep understanding of payment processing systems, technologies, and market trends.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment, including negotiation, project, and vendor management experience.
