Job Summary

Drive sales for plant room upgrade projects by developing regional sales plans and targeting existing customers. Conduct customer visits to identify upgrade opportunities, present energy-saving solutions for equipment and systems, and maintain key customer projects. Coordinate internal and external resources to implement and deliver upgrades, while meeting sales targets for performance, orders, and collections. Key Responsibilities

•Create regional sales strategies and plans based on company and regional plant room upgrade business goals and market conditions.
•Develop upgrade business opportunities by visiting customers, understanding annual upgrade budgets and plans, and assessing feasibility based on on-site equipment operations.
•Maintain key customer projects and promote technical exchanges with high-level customers to sustain upgrade business growth.
•Coordinate internal and external resources to implement and deliver upgrade projects.
•Achieve sales targets, ensuring order completion and collections in line with company goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in HVAC or related engineering/technical fields.
•3+ years of sales experience in plant room/机房 upgrade projects.
•Knowledge of energy-saving retrofit measures and implementation for various plant room and terminal systems.
•Knowledge of common energy-saving retrofit measures and implementation for energy-using systems such as compressed air, cooling, and boilers.
•Strong sales drive and results orientation, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources and travel as needed.
