Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate stator process parameters (stacking, winding, termination, potting/cure), including defect controls, work instructions, and repeatable results.
  • •Design, deliver, and commission tooling/fixtures and inspection gauges (from CAD/drawings through fabrication, troubleshooting, and improved setup and repeatability).
  • •Plan and execute prototype manufacturing builds of actuator assemblies, managing parts readiness, inspection, approved rework, and delivery for robot integration.
  • •Integrate and troubleshoot equipment within the specialty, improving operator workflow, material flow, and controls/test interfaces.
  • •Resolve defects and bottlenecks using measurements and controlled trials; release process/tooling documentation, maintain revisions, and train technicians/operators.

  • •Experience troubleshooting hands-on issues while also performing technical analysis and working closely with technicians, operators, and suppliers.
