Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Public Programmes Team and The Exchange Venue Team to set up and deliver events and activities.
  • •Welcome visitors and act as a point of contact for families, speakers, artists, community groups, freelancers, and academics running events.
  • •Conduct participation/evaluation questionnaires and distribute surveys to exhibition visitors and event attendees.
  • •Observe visitor engagement and take notes, feeding into future programming and projects.
  • •Maintain event administration (booking sheets, attendee logs) and ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Data Protection requirements; report concerns.
