Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact and information resource for clients, sales support, marketing, and management on ongoing operations.
  • •Lead retention of partnerships through contract renegotiations and renewals delivering profitable outcomes.
  • •Cultivate and improve relationships across client teams to identify and implement solutions that grow and expand revenue.
  • •Maintain industry and product knowledge, understanding client needs and concerns while promoting a positive company image.
  • •Collaborate with Account Manager and clients to ensure cases are resolved and client strategy, financial metrics, and performance needs are addressed.

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years of experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategy to drive revenue growth with large clients.
  • •Five or more years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • •Experience with sales and negotiating techniques, including consultative selling and a consistent record of negotiating and closing deals.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
