Cocktail Server

Anticipate guest needs, suggestively sell beverages and menu items, take orders, and answer questions with recommendations and upsells. Communicate drink orders to the bar using the point of sales system and deliver beverages through busy crowds while maintaining an attentive, safe service area. Process payments and ensure responsible alcohol service, including ID checks, refusing service when guests are overly intoxicated, and following standard operating procedures.
