Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for multiple factory workcenters processing flight hardware, R&D hardware, tooling, and test equipment.
  • •Collaborate with production leadership and engineering program management to integrate realistic, aggressive plans into end-to-end programmatic schedules.
  • •Create clear targets and priorities for hardware and processes, and work with production managers to support resource allocation, schedule accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • •Identify and report schedule risks, impacts, and workarounds, including quick “what if” modeling for emergent risks.
  • •Create and use scheduling processes, tools, and an MRP system (with software and procurement teams) to manage constraints daily/weekly and communicate status via reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or similar technical discipline, or 2+ years of professional aerospace industry work.
  • •2+ years of professional experience as a program manager, manufacturing engineer, or scheduler.
  • •Ability to filter a complex schedule of thousands of lines into simple, understandable targets.
  • •Ability to navigate under-constrained problems with large data sets and converge on a path forward.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational ability and stakeholder alignment.
