Key Responsibilities

•Research, explore and identify customer business problems and articulate how Box solutions address them
•Own the technical win for the lifecycle of the customer from pre-sales to deployment
•Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple industries and drive the technical deal forward
•Demonstrate product integrations with Box solutions (BoxAI, Box Web, Mobile, Shield, Relay, Sign, Governance, Canvas, Platform) and lead compelling demos
•Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and support field marketing events as Box SME

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,500 - 240,500 annually

Key Requirements

•4 year degree or equivalent work experience
•5+ years of Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer experience or relevant technical, customer facing experience
•Experience with SLED and Federal accounts from a pre-sales motion; strong knowledge of FedRAMP authorization process and other compliance frameworks impacting SaaS vendors serving the public sector
•Knowledge of government procurement cycles, RFP/RFI processes, and contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules)
•Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and other relevant regulatory frameworks
