PT Box Office Supervisor- Ace of Spades

Supervise daily and nightly Box Office operations for will call, guest list, ticket sales, and ticket scanning. Lead and train box office staff, support cash handling and ticket sales reconciliation, and help ensure proper staffing and performance goals. Manage ticket inventory and ticketing system functionality, coordinate event and venue information with other departments, and provide high-quality guest service while assisting with pricing and ADA ticket compliance.
