Project Controls Manager - Water/Utilities

Lead programme controls for major infrastructure projects in London, ensuring accurate, consistent reporting across plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance. Establish and maintain control processes aligned with GRIP, review project proposals to develop realistic resourcing plans, and provide day-to-day reporting support to programme and project managers. Monitor data quality for cost and performance systems and manage Investment Plan production in line with the Investment Competence Framework.
