Job Summary

Own and drive the product backlog, priorities, and roadmap for the Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program. Serve as the technical leader across multiple code bases, coordinating delivery of mission-critical radar software for RDPL, UEWR, and Cobra Dane. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment to program objectives, customer needs, and on-time, high-quality releases while managing agile metrics and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership managing the technical baseline across multiple code bases.
•Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned to program objectives and coordinate work across multiple teams.
•Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of team products and services.
•Prioritize features and user stories based on customer feedback and technical feasibility.
•Create and maintain a product roadmap with delivery schedules and milestones in coordination with program leadership.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
•Experience managing technical baselines and delivering mission-critical systems to customers.
•Experience with agile management and metrics definition, generation, and reporting.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
