Lead the product and design vision for AI-driven agentic experiences, driving the AI Hub, AgentSPHERE, and Agent Gateway to enable Discoverability, conversion, governance, and secure orchestration across multi-channel GenAI partnerships. Build and mentor a cross-functional team of PMs and designers in a fast-paced, enterprise software environment, balancing ambitious vision with executable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the product strategy for the Agentic Offerings Domain (AI Hub and Agent Gateway), focusing on Discoverability, conversion, governance, and marketplace expansion.
•Lead a multidisciplinary team to build commerce-native tools and intuitive interfaces enabling merchants to configure and secure their agentic ecosystems.
•Advocate for enterprise-grade security and governance, ensuring all AI agent interactions are authenticated, auditable, and controlled.
•Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional partners to evolve the Agent Gateway and optimize AI Hub for multi-channel discovery (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).
•Hire, mentor, and develop PMs and Designers to navigate ambiguity and accelerate value delivery in the evolving AI landscape.
