Supervise a team of Wholesale Advocates to ensure daily wholesale operations run smoothly and efficiently while partnering closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager. Lead training, coaching, and development to improve operations and customer experience, set team objectives, and present operational reporting to upper management. Oversee site visits, vehicle trade intake validation, inbound/outbound wholesale inventory transportation, and maintain site integrity through enforceable processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
•Actively train, manage, and develop employees through in-the-moment coaching, feedback, and mentorship related to operations and customer experience.
•Lead site visits with Associate Director, Area Manager, and Operations Manager, keeping leaders informed of site-level changes.
•Generate and present operational reports to support business needs and guide decision-making.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for vehicle trade intake operations and validation procedures, managing customer-facing issues and inbound/outbound wholesale inventory transportation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the automotive industry or a similar field.
•5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment.
•3+ years of hands-on leadership experience.
•Proven ability to develop and coach employees, driving performance through metrics.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
