Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the creation and execution of an RF & electromagnetic compatibility work package, including concept, specifications, analyses, test plans/procedures, and documentation across program phases.
  • •Support EMC work in programs and studies with customers and suppliers, including monitoring of EMC and high-frequency compatibility implementation within time, quality, and cost targets.
  • •Help derive EMC/ESD/RFC requirements from mission concept, system requirements, and system architecture (e.g., charging, magnetics moment, frequency analyses for RF compatibility).
  • •Assist in defining EMC/RFC/ESD concepts and in technical definition of design and test activities on system level, coordinating with other disciplines (integration/test, electrical interfaces and data processing, software development, mechanics/thermal) and project leadership.
  • •Set up and conduct EMC verification tests in the department lab for technology development and qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed university degree (Master or PhD) in electrical engineering or physics with a focus on high-frequency technology.
  • •Practical experience with EMC/ESD measurements.
  • •Strong theoretical-mathematical background and simulation experience using CST and MATLAB.
  • •Experience with related disciplines such as measurement technology and data acquisition is an advantage.
  • •Strong ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills.
