Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety of all guests and employees using the Fitness Center.
  • •Assess guests’ physical fitness levels and develop individual fitness programs.
  • •Teach exercise classes; coordinate and regularly update the exercise timetable.
  • •Monitor progress for guests’ fitness programs and help members with proper equipment use.
  • •Maintain the fitness department by preparing daily supplies, conducting monthly inventory, keeping the facility clean, and reporting hazards or equipment damage.
