Join Wise’s People Team in London as a Talent Development Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead onboarding and global learning initiatives. You will design and implement learning strategies, facilitate onboarding and offsites, analyze learning needs, partner with regional teams, and drive data-driven improvements with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Main facilitator of Company Onboarding and delivery of offsites where suitable.
•Development and execution of learning strategy at the squad level and conduct Learning Needs Analysis.
•Provide data and insights during management reviews for learning activities of supported groups and coordinate with regional teams.
•Maintain global learning calendar and drive engagement for global initiatives within supported assignments.
•Coach and mentor new team members and support coaching requests in the region.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 44,000 - 58,000 annually

•Design and execute learning strategies at squad level, including Learning Needs Analysis and data-driven insights for stakeholders.

•Coach and mentor new team members and serve as a local product owner/point of contact for core products.
