Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Manage and support commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations across NEC contracts for major UK infrastructure programmes. Lead post-contract activities such as payment approvals, cost assessments, change control, and interim payment verification, while producing cost reports and forecasting. Contribute to tender preparation and competitive tender processes, support key decision-making with data-driven cost insights, and help drive value for money, transparency, and commercial performance.
