Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the North American Operations change roadmap direction, priorities, and objectives using management systems, KPIs, scorecards, and progress reporting.
  • •Ensure consistent delivery of the roadmap across multiple sites and groups, standardizing tools to meet regional targets.
  • •Define and implement data collection systems for consistent KPI reporting from a single source.
  • •Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels to sustain the program, facilitating collaboration and information sharing.
  • •Drive hands-on continuous improvement through mini transformations, Kaizens, workshops, and timely mitigation of roadblocks while ensuring ISO program delivery and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •5 to 10 years leading in a manufacturing environment (preferably CPG) and minimum 5 years leading operational excellence (Lean Six Sigma).
  • •Experience with TPM or WCM with examples of implemented practices.
  • •Ability to manage and improve present-day operations while planning long-term strategy.
  • •Proven people leadership and exceptional change management skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
