Lead North America operational excellence by driving the regional change roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites. Establish a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination and process optimization, implement management systems with KPIs and scorecards, and standardize tools through data collection and reporting from a single source. Coach and mentor teams at all levels, facilitate Kaizens and transformation workshops, remove roadblocks, and ensure ISO 18001, 9001, 22000, and 14001 programs and corrective actions are delivered on time.
