Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Planning Manager with maintenance planning delivery and contribute to process improvements.
  • •Optimize maintenance plans by identifying and implementing synergy between maintenance units.
  • •Extract, analyze, and forecast maintenance work orders from the MMS to support planning activities.
  • •Prepare maintenance schedules and work plans based on job plans, priority, due dates, and resource/skills requirements.
  • •Monitor planned vs scheduled work and provide planning insights, recommendations, and reports to maintenance and planning stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience in engineering works management, maintenance, planning & scheduling.
  • •Working knowledge of the MMS system and MMS work order management.
  • •Experience scheduling work orders and assigning site works, including resource coordination and rostering.
  • •Engineering degree in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering (with understanding of Metro and Tram systems).
  • •B-Tech/BE in an engineering discipline; fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
