Key Responsibilities

  • •Build dashboards and visualizations that make complex utility grid data clear and actionable for customers.
  • •Translate customer business questions into analytical tasks and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Deliver ad hoc and bespoke analyses, validating outputs to ensure they are accurate and trustworthy.
  • •Support end-to-end customer engagements by partnering with Power Engineers and Customer Data Engineers, including debugging data and analysis issues.
  • •Identify patterns across customer engagements to inform product direction and help translate analyses into repeatable, platform-ready features while improving documentation and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, data engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role with hands-on data work and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze, validate, and wrangle complex or messy datasets.
  • •Experience building dashboards and data visualizations.
  • •Proficiency in Python for data analysis, transformation, and scripting.
  • •Exposure to dbt (or similar ELT/ETL frameworks) and strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
