Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct cost estimation and budget development for feasibility studies.
  • •Review designs at Concept/SD/DD/IFC stages and prepare quantity take-offs and a quantified BOQ cost breakdown structure.
  • •Prepare cost estimate reports and present results to Clients and stakeholders.
  • •Manage procurement processes, contract strategies, bid evaluations, cost negotiations, and change orders.
  • •Verify and process change orders, ensure alignment with contracts, and manage interim/final payments and closeouts.

Key Requirements

  • •6 years of professional experience related to Engineering Cost Management
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • •RICS or AACE certifications/memberships
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish
  • •Strong Microsoft skills (Excel and PowerPoint), CostX, knowledge of AutoCAD
