Key Responsibilities

•Lead multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers, supporting growth and development through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership practices.
•Define and drive the long-term technical vision for how supply is integrated, managed, and scaled across the Trainline platform.
•Own end-to-end delivery across the Supply Platform domain, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable operational and business impact.
•Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Commercial, and Supply stakeholders to align technical strategy with evolving customer, platform, and business needs.
•Drive the adoption of AI-enabled and agentic workflows across engineering and operational processes, identifying practical opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 122,000 annually

•Experience leading platform modernisation, architectural transformation, or large-scale technical change programmes within operationally complex environments.
•Ability to balance long-term technical strategy with pragmatic delivery, operational excellence, and evolving business priorities.
•Experience applying AI, automation, or intelligent workflow capabilities within engineering or operational domains, with interest in scalability and efficiency.
