Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu standards and guest expectations at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort. Support meal plating and assist with menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen efficiency improvements. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety compliance while working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Mentor junior kitchen staff as needed and cover rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday.
