Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and talent solutions.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
  • •Optimize recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency and build high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • •Track and review recruitment outcomes to identify gaps/challenges and recommend improvements.
  • •Contribute to recruiting projects including talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work with internal/external stakeholders while ensuring compliance.
  • •Strong ownership and execution with a results-oriented mindset and initiative to deliver outcomes.
  • •Resilient and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • •Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals and sourcing approaches; prior internship experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is a plus.
