Production Assembler - 1st Shift

As an assembler on the Assembly Team at the Willard Plant, you’ll complete production activities using ISO work instructions, hit takt-time targets, set up workstations, and perform in-process and finished visual inspections. You’ll check parts with fixtures and gauges when required, do operator-level maintenance, report safety/quality issues, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement under supervisor direction.
