  • •Produce and publish build-plan(s) for Manufacturing NPI teams to execute.
  • •Collaborate with PDT on product-specific issues and escalations.
  • •Pilot next technology at Front End Manufacturing sites with Fab NPI business process owner and transfer managers.
  • •Develop and report performance metrics; continuously improve NPI business processes/tools and drive projects to completion; partner with MFG sites to capture and fan out NPI best known methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • •3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • •Experience with semiconductor manufacturing for memory products, including front-end or back-end semiconductor fabrication process.
  • •Experience with new product introduction and delivery, including program/project management.
  • •Data analytics experience for NPI/transfer using Tableau, Office 365, and Power BI; familiarity with software applications used in NPI and transfer process.
