Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead client-facing cost management for a mission-critical data center program, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Build and maintain cost plans and estimates across design and delivery, produce monthly executive cost reporting, and manage procurement, commercial negotiations, final accounts, and change control. Coordinate cost with schedule and scope, support risk analysis and contingency planning, drive value engineering, and mentor junior team members.
