Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and implementation for complex external integrations spanning SDKs, service accounts, browser surfaces, new platform systems, and AI-native platforms
  • •Partner closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to validate feasibility, assess partner architectures, and shape practical integration approaches
  • •Build and extend platform components required to support in-flight integrations
  • •Identify common integration patterns and abstract them into reusable infrastructure
  • •Contribute to the external integrations program, including tracking lifecycle progress from initial discussion through GA

Key Requirements

  • •Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience building APIs, SDKs, platform capabilities, and integrations with AI-native technologies (LLM APIs, agent frameworks, embeddings, or retrieval systems)
  • •A track record of delivering complex integrations across organizational boundaries
  • •Comfort engaging directly with external technical stakeholders and representing engineering decisions clearly
  • •Experience designing secure systems, including authentication, authorization, and policy-driven access models
  • •Ability to reason about partner architectures and translate them into pragmatic integration designs
