Key Responsibilities

•Inspire and guide a group of senior engineers, setting direction aligned to company vision and technology/product priorities.
•Develop direct reports and skip-levels for future leadership, including mentoring aspiring Engineering Managers and supporting new managers.
•Lead architectural discussions and drive continuous improvements to reliability, performance, and scalability.
•Define and own delivery plans across multiple teams, managing resource allocation, hiring strategy, and delivery risks.
•Partner with product and business leadership to influence product strategies and ensure teams deliver measurable outcomes and ROI.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience managing one or more engineering teams, including senior individual contributors.
•Experience owning delivery for initiatives spanning multiple teams or complex product domains.
•Strong technical background in modern software development and leading architectural discussions and technical strategy.
•Experience partnering with product managers to influence product roadmaps and align technical strategy with business objectives.
•Proven ability to develop engineering talent, including mentoring senior engineers and aspiring managers.
