Key Responsibilities

•Provide full responsibility for station/country operations across Airport, Security, Cargo, Finance, HR, and Maintenance to meet functional targets.
•Organize and chair monthly station coordination meetings, including distributing minutes to HQ stakeholders.
•Manage the station budget and resources with strict cost control, including oversight of commission costs and manpower development.
•Increase market share and revenues by developing and monitoring area/country business plans, marketing strategies, and KPIs.
•Ensure safety, security, and business continuity by leading staff, deputizing the Airport Manager when needed, and representing Gulf Air with governments and external organizations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience, including at least 7 years in management and supervisory capacity.
•Adequate background in major airline business processes.
•Educated to degree level.
•Computer literate with proven people management and motivational skills.
•High communication ability, cultural sensitivity, resilience, and strong partnering skills with senior internal and external stakeholders.
