•Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
•Assist customers with loss prevention meetings, claims issues, and product training.

•Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage customer relationships and drive growth.
•Ability to analyze customer needs and propose improvements to processes, services, or products.
•Experience leading short-term projects with defined scope (3 to 9 months).
•Ability to develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
•Willingness and ability to provide product training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
