Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain back-of-house hospitality expectations and backstage division-wide goals for venue tours and events.
  • •Manage hospitality inventories (e.g., towels, toiletries, venue-branded swag, decor) and organize supplies and storage locations.
  • •Coordinate with production and local backstage catering to meet artists’ rider requirements and exceed touring culinary expectations.
  • •Serve as the main hospitality point of contact for touring crews on show days, including pre/post show backstage walk-throughs with checklists.
  • •Oversee and assist production assistants with hospitality setup/maintenance and complete post-event service recap to develop action plans for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of backstage/production/hospitality experience and the ability to work in a hectic, loud environment while maintaining composure around high-profile artists/guests.
  • •Extreme attention to detail with strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • •Strong organizational and hospitality orientation, including genuine hospitality and strong communication skills.
  • •Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe).
  • •Ability to complete work independently and within a team, follow detailed direction/corrective feedback, and lift 30 lbs using proper techniques.
