Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, and application/mixing procedures.
  • •Perform agronomy/seed operations and monitor/maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment (e.g., legs, conveyors, towers, vehicles, sprayers, floaters, trucks).
  • •Support compliance by regulating and periodic housecleaning processes and maintaining records, following environmental and safety policies.
  • •Provide customer service and assist customers as needed; help with relevant tasks such as truck driving and delivering product.
