Machine Learning Engineer, E-commerce Feed Recommendation

Build and iterate large-scale ML systems for TikTok Shop e-commerce recommendations across live-streaming and short videos. You’ll design predictive models for candidate generation and ranking (e.g., CTR and conversion rate), create long- and short-term user interest models, and address cold-start and traffic allocation challenges. Work with real-time data pipelines, feature engineering, and optimization, and develop supporting/debugging tools for production recommendation systems.
