Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite injury prevention, education, and treatment to employees and deliver case management and clinical support; communicate results with medical professionals.
  • •Proactively evaluate employee conditions, respond to emergency situations, injuries, and illnesses; conduct diagnostic tests and exercises.
  • •Participate in site-wide Emergency Response Team and contribute to site safety walks; assist with inspections of safety equipment (AED, safety showers, spill kits, etc.).
  • •Help employees set goals, answer questions, and provide guidance and ongoing support through Ramp Health’s coaching process.
  • •Support Ramp Health’s wellness programs at client sites, ensuring safety and wellness practices are integrated into daily activities.

Key Requirements

  • •First aid and CPR certification is required.
  • •Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • •Exceptional verbal skills and ability to meet, greet, speak, and positively represent.
  • •Outgoing and personable, able to work independently, and must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • •Nice to Have: CPR/AED Instructor Certification; 1+ years coaching experience in fitness, promotions or nutrition; Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP data entry; Experience using Motivational Interviewing methodologies; Able to take manual blood pressure.
