Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current/future financial needs.
  • •Recommend solutions by maintaining in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and services.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities including presentations, business calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and, as directed, support Financial Center or Bank Mart opening/closing processes and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household/small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to represent the bank professionally through appearance and verbal/written communication.
