Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise stewarding associates and outsourced manpower, ensuring standards and schedules are followed.
  • •Enforce sanitation and hygiene practices across dish room operations, back area cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
  • •Direct and assist Stewards to make clean-up more efficient; ensure correct chemical use, washing accessories, and equipment cleaning routines.
  • •Support banquet operations by assisting with plate-ups and buffet setup, transporting/stocking supplies, and ensuring holding/transport equipment is in working order.
