  • •Conduct spend analysis, market research, and supplier landscape assessments to identify sourcing opportunities, cost savings, and risk areas.
  • •Plan and lead competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including supplier evaluation and selection processes.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, service levels, and contract conditions; partner with Legal on contracts and amendments.
  • •Manage supplier lifecycle end-to-end (onboarding, performance monitoring, risk management, offboarding) and support governance, reporting, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of procurement lifecycle experience, ideally with exposure to IT and Marketing categories.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing events and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
  • •Strong understanding of IT categories (software licensing, cloud/SaaS, hardware, telecom) and/or Marketing categories (agency, media, digital, production).
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
  • •Proficiency with procurement/e-sourcing systems (e.g., Coupa, Netsuite, Omnea, Zip) and Microsoft Excel; analytical and contract fundamentals (SLAs, KPIs, liability, IP, data protection).
