Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Production Operations team by setting priorities, coaching team members, and building a high-performance culture.
  • •Develop strategic partnerships with T1 factories and internal VF functions to drive consistent product execution and operational excellence.
  • •Act as a strategic thought partner to Sourcing leaders with insights and recommendations that inform COO and vendor strategy decisions.
  • •Use data and analytics to identify trends and systemic challenges, driving factory performance improvements across quality, OTP, and social/environmental compliance.
  • •Sponsor adoption of automation, digital tools, and lean manufacturing initiatives; conduct regular on-site factory visits and partner with VF Quality Management on chargebacks.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and coach teams with proven experience in production operations and manufacturing processes/materials.
  • •7–10 years of experience in production operations, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • •Experience managing multi-cultural teams and influencing stakeholders globally.
  • •Experience working with overseas factories and leading factory management teams.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools.
