Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform engineering for onshore and offshore pipeline systems using pipeline-discipline software and applicable design codes.
  • •Conduct conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed analyses and designs; prepare design calculations, analyses, design reports, and procedures to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • •Own technical documentation and coordination: ensure compliance with specifications and functional integrity; identify concerns early; raise change notifications and support Variation Orders.
  • •Provide technical direction and review of designers; perform single-discipline and inter-discipline design checks; support fabrication queries and fabrication defect/rectification requirements.
  • •Support cross-functional delivery: assist procurement with technical evaluations and requisitions, review vendor/subcontractor submittals, participate in audits, and supervise/mentor less experienced engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •8-15 years of Oil and Gas experience with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of design techniques and analysis methods, with detailed familiarity of applicable standards, codes, and guidelines.
  • •Good working knowledge of engineering software and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • •Good organizer/motivator/supervisor; HSE, TQM, and cost-conscious mindset; communicate clearly in English.
