  • •Direct the process for identifying and obtaining appropriate licenses for new and existing businesses.
  • •Identify state requirements, secure necessary information, and fulfill filing obligations.
  • •Engage with state personnel, conduct independent research into regulatory environments, and serve in an advisory role for new product development regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead discussions regarding licensure requirements, organizational structure obligations, financial funding levels/timing, and obligatory filings.
