Job Summary

Join the Pulsar team as a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer. Develop and maintain system-level test strategies for EW products, collaborate across hardware, software, firmware and RF teams, perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems, design automated tests to increase coverage, triage complex issues, and travel to flight tests and demonstrations to ensure real-world readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop system-level test strategies, procedures, and test plans for Anduril’s EW product lines.
•Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, firmware, and RF) to integrate and test EW products.
•Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems, spanning RF/digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software layers.
•Design and implement automated tests to increase test coverage, repeatability, and overall testing efficiency.
•Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures observed during integration and characterization to rapidly identify root causes.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant industry experience with a strong focus on hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Highly proficient with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
•Comfortable navigating Linux environments, utilizing command-line interfaces, executing shell scripts, and working with debugging utilities.
•Experience using programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation.
