Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a comprehensive Information Security Program consistent with FDIC guidance and Interagency Guidelines Establishing Information Security Standards; align with risk management and governance frameworks; provide reporting to executive management and Board.
  • •Establish and manage a threat monitoring and detection capability; implement layered security controls; lead the Incident Response Program and coordinate with regulators.
  • •Evaluate information security posture of third-party and affiliate service providers; establish due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and contractual requirements; coordinate with Operations, Compliance and Internal Audit.
  • •Ensure compliance with privacy requirements (e.g., GLBA, Regulation P, state privacy laws); implement processes to safeguard customer information; integrate privacy-by-design into products.
  • •Lead development and testing of BC/DR plans; coordinate regular testing and simulations; support resilience planning for key systems and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of information security and technology risk management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role at a regulated financial institution or fintech.

  • •Experience leading incident response, penetration testing, and security operations in cloud-based and hybrid environments.
