Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines using industry-standard software.
  • •Perform clash detection, model coordination, and constructability reviews to resolve conflicts early.
  • •Lead BIM coordination for multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring seamless integration of models and data across the project lifecycle.
  • •Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, and act as the primary BIM resource for teams and consultants.
  • •Generate construction documentation, quantity takeoffs, visualizations, and support bidding, procurement, and on-site execution, including maintaining a living model through as-built delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • •6+ years of hands-on experience as a BIM specialist or modeler in a construction or engineering environment.
  • •8+ years of professional experience in BIM coordination (preferred), including multidisciplinary experience on high-rise projects.
  • •Proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination tools, including advanced Revit and Navisworks, with familiarity with Dynamo (preferred).
  • •Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or AGC BIM Certificate) (preferred).
