Key Responsibilities

•Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
•Educate customers on bank products/services and digital channel technology; use online and mobile banking tools.
•Drive proactive sales conversations via internal/external interactions, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
•Acquire new customers through prospecting and maintain/deepen existing relationships while promoting branch growth.
•Perform teller functions and cash transactions, balance cash daily, handle deposit/credit issue resolution, and comply with BSA/AML and related regulations.

Key Requirements

•Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
•Customer service experience required.
•Strong ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales/production goals, including building referral sources.
•Ability to perform teller functions and handle cash transactions (previous cash-handling or teller experience strongly preferred).
•Proficiency in digital channel technology and ability to educate customers (e.g., online and mobile banking).
