Job Summary

Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams for an insurance-sector initiative. Elicit, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements into user stories, process flows, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Support implementation by working with developers, performing data analysis and mappings, and helping design integrations and data exchanges. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, run Agile ceremonies, and support testing and defect analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the intermediary between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to clarify needs, priorities, and delivery objectives.
•Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
•Support smooth implementation of features aligned with business objectives, collaborating closely with developers.
•Perform data analysis and mappings and support integration and data exchange processes between enterprise applications.
•Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and participate in Agile ceremonies; support testing (data validation, API testing, end-to-end integration testing, UAT) and defect analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field, or equivalent working experience.
•5+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or BA/PM hybrid role.
•Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
•Experience writing and managing user stories, epics, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
•Strong SQL and data analysis skills, plus experience with integrations (APIs), ETL processes, or file-based data exchange.
