Job Summary

Lead SAP Basis Operations for all PUMA SAP systems, including the global S/4HANA and ECC landscape, within the Global Technology Operations team. Enforce standards, drive the SAP system roadmap, and help keep global SAP platforms reliable, secure, and scalable. Partner closely with Basis experts and with teams across Global SAP S/4 Solution Architecture & Technology to ensure 24/7 monitoring and operations, supported by external partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Own SAP Basis Operations for PUMA’s global SAP systems, including S/4HANA and ECC.
•Follow and enforce standards while driving the SAP system roadmap.
•Ensure global SAP systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable.
•Coordinate with a team of Basis experts and partner with Global SAP S/4 Solution Architecture & Technology teams.
•Lead 24/7 monitoring and operations of the global SAP landscape, supported by external partners.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience with international SAP Basis teams in fast-paced, global environments.
•Deep expertise in SAP Basis with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes.
•Hands-on experience contributing to technical operations and SAP-related innovation.
•Ability to ensure stable, scalable, high-performing SAP platforms supporting global business operations.
•Business-fluent English and strong intercultural communication skills.
