Key Responsibilities

•Implement LLM, VLLM, and AI Agents for enterprise business scenarios such as knowledge recommendations, intelligent office services, and AI Copilot.
•Develop algorithms and strategies to improve enterprise service satisfaction, efficiency, quality assurance, and cost management.
•Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithm applications for intelligent services and intelligent operation/maintenance.
•Partner with product managers, business developers, and business QA on product development projects to increase efficiency and profitability.
•Lead a team of algorithm engineers to deliver end-to-end pipelines and algorithmic applications for enterprise scenarios.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, statistics, or a related field with 5 years of experience in algorithm research or development.
•At least 1 year of experience in team management.
•Knowledge of deep learning algorithms across recommendation systems, advertising systems, natural language processing, and/or computer vision.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or Go.
•Familiarity with mainstream frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or PaddlePaddle.
