Key Responsibilities

  • •Fulfill the Manager – Program Management role for Agile/Hybrid initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional, multi-location teams to deliver projects to quality standards.
  • •Ensure delivery of project milestones and track progress and performance against committed QDC targets (quality, delivery, and costs) including QDC metrics and deployment efficiency.
  • •Implement Agile methodologies effectively (Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, SAFe or other) and ensure development teams follow product development procedures.
  • •Manage and coach teams on industry best Agile practices, promote accountability and continuous improvement, and connect Agile to customer needs and business value realization.
  • •Manage program portfolio/agreements and publish monthly billing data; lead or assist Annual Operating Planning (AOP) discussions and improve process systems/standard works.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in program/project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile).
  • •Expertise in Agile transformation, DevSecOps, and AI integration.
  • •Technically competent with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, MIRO, and AI tools.
  • •Experience leading new product development (NPD) and Agile projects of varying size and complexity, including driving cultural change with an agile mindset.
  • •4-year degree from an accredited institution; technical degree in engineering or computer science preferred, with 15+ years of overall industry experience and a PMP plus Agile certifications (CSM/PSM/KMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe/ICP Agile).
