Key Responsibilities

•Fulfill the Manager – Program Management role for Agile/Hybrid initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional, multi-location teams to deliver projects to quality standards.
•Ensure delivery of project milestones and track progress and performance against committed QDC targets (quality, delivery, and costs) including QDC metrics and deployment efficiency.
•Implement Agile methodologies effectively (Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, SAFe or other) and ensure development teams follow product development procedures.
•Manage and coach teams on industry best Agile practices, promote accountability and continuous improvement, and connect Agile to customer needs and business value realization.
•Manage program portfolio/agreements and publish monthly billing data; lead or assist Annual Operating Planning (AOP) discussions and improve process systems/standard works.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in program/project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile).
•Expertise in Agile transformation, DevSecOps, and AI integration.
•Technically competent with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, MIRO, and AI tools.
•Experience leading new product development (NPD) and Agile projects of varying size and complexity, including driving cultural change with an agile mindset.
•4-year degree from an accredited institution; technical degree in engineering or computer science preferred, with 15+ years of overall industry experience and a PMP plus Agile certifications (CSM/PSM/KMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe/ICP Agile).
