Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer internal warehouse materials used for production orders and support production supply needs to meet objectives.
  • •Ensure cyclic counts and verify inventory accuracy; track warehouse metrics such as order and cleanliness and follow 5S plan for production lines.
  • •Coordinate team activities to maintain safe, risk-free warehouse working conditions, including attendance monitoring and ensuring employees register entry.
  • •Manage system activities: perform SAP transactions, enter analyses of material shortages, and process requisitions and shop orders.
  • •Review line and inventory status daily (TIER meetings), handle root-cause analysis for COGIs, manage overtime planning with the supervisor, and communicate order status via Email/Teams while meeting EHS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University student in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with 120 approved credits.
  • •Intermediate-level knowledge of the SAP system.
  • •Knowledge of scheduling and fulfillment of production orders.
  • •At least 6 months of experience coordinating directly or indirectly a team while managing inventory and/or warehouses.
